Ideas for Careers – Seminar Series – July – September, Dates as belowIdeas for Careers is a new seminar series designed to assist law students put their learning into context. seminars will also benefit Graduate members and New Solicitor members that are looking to change practice areas or determine what type of career they can have in their current area. By the end of the seminars you will gain a better understanding of what it takes to practise in each area and have the opportunity to listen to the panel, which consists of three professionals at various stages of their careers.

Later Lawyers Networking Evening - Later lawyers and mature-age lawyers are invited to join fellow Later Lawyers at this event to cultivate professional contacts and hear personal anecdotes from practitioners at a like stage in their career. The evening is also an opportunity to receive advice on self-marketing, effective networking, making your resume stand-out, and capitalizing on previously acquired skills. The evening’s guest speaker is Katherine Sampson, Managing Director at Mahlab Recruitment.
