Russell Kennedy Access RK Seasonal Clerkship The Access RK Seasonal Clerkship will run in conjunction with Russell Kennedy’s Seasonal Clerkship Program, with the successful applicant enjoying all the benefits of Russell Kennedy’s Seasonal Clerkship Program. To be eligible for the Access RK Seasonal Clerkship, in addition to meeting all the eligibility criteria for Russell Kennedy’s Seasonal Clerkship Program, the successful applicant will be a person with disability in either their penultimate or final year of their law degree. Applicants do not need to share specific information about their disability/impairment, however if selected for an interview, to confirm eligibility, applicants are required to:
provide a letter from their university’s disability support services unit confirming their registration with disability services; or
if not registered with their university’s disability support services unit, applicants selected for an interview must provide a letter from a registered medical practitioner confirming their eligibility.

Justice Connect Practical Legal Training Placement –Public Interest Law, Melbourne Justice Connect’s Public Interest Law - Melbourne is currently looking for a Practical Legal Trainee* (PLT) to start in June/July 2019, minimum 50 days and minimum 3 days per week.
The Public interest Law team makes referrals to barristers and solicitors on behalf of individuals experiencing disadvantage. PLT students are a vital part of our work. Successful applicants will gain valuable and practical generalist experience working alongside experienced lawyers and barristers in the pursuit of social justice.
