Legal Research Class - 9th September 9th September - 5:00pm - 6:00pm in the Tom Smith Reading Room
The LSS are presenting a legal research class to help students develop industry-relevant research skills. This research class will be lead by Cath Nolan with a panel of industry guest speakers and RMIT alumni.
We'll be showing you how to get started, what the best databases are for your search topic, what skills and questions to ask when you're looking and getting tips from industry professionals on how to establish good search practices.
This research class is for everybody. However, this may be particularly useful for early students who have received feedback from their first assessments, it's also perfect for ongoing students needing a refresher on legal research and anyone looking ensure their search practices are industry-relevant and durable.
